Samuel Gyadu Appiah graduated from Nifa Secondary School in 1982 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry/Food Science (1990) from the University of Ghana.
Samuel has since given back to his alma mater many times over. In particular, he taught chemistry and biology at NISEC from 1991 to 1993. During that period, he was the House Master of House 1 and the Patron of the Scripture Union.
Samuel began an MPhil program at the University of Ghana, Legon, in 1993 before migrating to the United States of America in 1995. He has served in the US Navy for 20 years and is currently a Clinical Pharmacist (PharmD) in Washington, DC. He has managed both outpatient and inpatient pharmacies.
Outside of work, Samuel is an Adult Sunday School teacher, a Presbyter, and a mentor to the youth at his local church.
